The contact form on this website collects the following personal data:

• Wedding date (optional)
• Wedding venue/location (optional)
• Free-text notes (optional)

Purpose: to respond to your enquiry and/or quotation request.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures taken at your request; Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — explicit consent given via the checkbox in the form.

Retention period: for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if a contract is concluded, for its duration and any subsequent statutory obligations.

Recipients: data is not shared with third parties. Email is handled via the controller's own mail servers.

3. Browsing data & analytics (Matomo)

This website uses Matomo, a self-hosted analytics tool (server: analytics.lpweb.dev). Matomo is configured with IP address anonymisation: the last octet of each IP address is zeroed before any processing, making the data anonymous under the GDPR.

Data processed: pages visited, visit duration, device and browser type, anonymised IP address.

Purpose: aggregate statistical analysis of website usage — no individual profiling.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest of the controller in understanding how the site is used, balanced against users' privacy (anonymised IP, no profiling, no third-party transfers).

Retention: 13 months for aggregated visit data.

Third-party transfers: none. Data remains on self-hosted servers under the controller's control.
